Jesus was obedient and submissive
9 At that time Jesus came from Nazareth in Galilee and was baptized by John in the Jordan. (Mark 1 NIV)
Here comes Jesus who was more powerful and holy went to John to be baptized by him, because John was appointed by God to baptize people. Jesus simply heeded to the will of God being obedient and submissive!
How can we be more submissive and obedient to the people whom God has appointed over us?
