people are just obeying the Word Of God.
{Don’t be naive. There are difficult times ahead. As the end approaches, people are going to be self-absorbed, money-hungry, self-promoting, stuck-up, profane, contemptuous of parents, crude, coarse, dog-eat-dog, unbending, slanderers, impulsively wild, savage, cynical, treacherous, ruthless, bloated windbags, *addicted to lust*, and allergic to God. They’ll make a show of religion, but behind the scenes they’re animals. Stay clear of these people.

In reply to Soumya. Yes, I agree with you. Even though technology and literacy advances, human mind is still the same. Moral values and systems have to be taught well.

Wow! A timely article for a morally deprived society such as ours. Don’t you think its ironic that even though we live in an age that is well advanced in technology and literacy yet we still have to wrestle with cold-blooded crimes and assaults that make it seem like we are still stuck in the stone age!
I very much agree with your “bottom-up approach”. As individuals, we are more responsible in shaping our society and deciding the various events that occur in it. I would also like to add to this that even if we do not commit offences and stay clear of every wrong doings, we have the obligation of teaching others to stay upright by being examples before them and also the mature citizens can teach and exhort the younger ones to live and choose morally upright life.
